The Stumptown Sweethearts Application Process

The event will take place on September 16th at McMenamins Kennedy School located in the heart of Portland. We try to keep this process simple , quick, and easy. Here’s what you need to know:

  • There is a $10.00 non refundable application fee payable via paypal.
  • Once you pay the fee, you will be directed back to the page to fill out the super easy, super short application.
  • Once you submit your application, you will be notified no later than September 1st. We will accept applications up until the event date. We advise you to contact us with regards to open space if you wish to apply after September 1st.
  • The booth fee is $100.00, once approved; we will fill you in on the details.
  • The Event is held twice yearly at McMenaminsSome of Portland’s finest local bands will be on stage throughout the day, and the restaurant will be open!
  • The display should not exceed a 5 by 6 space, indeed there are a great many crafty ways to make your display stunning within said bounds. Please see HERE for a visual understanding, or contact us at any time with any questions you may have.
